1. Asbestos, Hazardous Materials, Chemicals, Oils, Oil Drums, or Medical Waste.
2. Batteries, Propane or other flammable or mercury based items.

Items that may be considered and must be approved during estimate

1. Heavy materials such as concrete, large amounts of wood, asphalt, dirt, brick or construction debris.
2. Appliances with liquid like freezers and AC Units.
